Domain and Hosting Prices
These are the prices for hosting and domain work. Changes to these prices and to the terms and conditions can only be agreed by Sigma Associates (UK) Ltd.

Web Site Hosting
This is an annual charge for the space for your website on a web server. The prices shown are for a straightforward website, sites that require more complex arrangements such as online buying will be quoted individually.
These prices include:
- Any domain registration and all other internet fees for the first year,
- One email address which can receive multiple addresses,
- Minor changes to text and changes to 10 images per year, where the website was created by us,
- Email technical support,

Domain Pricing
After the first year, which is free when a hosting account is purchased, the cost of renewal is:

- Advice upon suitability of domain type,
- Registration and all registration fees for the period stated,
- Domain ownership certificate (co.uk & .org.uk only)
- Handling any registration requirements or technical issues with the registration authority

These costs include:
- 30 days telephone technical support,
- Technical advice,
- Webmail – access to email messages via the internet
Notes
- A hosting account is required to use email based on your domain,
- This hosting account includes one email address.
- This email address is a catchall and will receive all emails addressed to that domain – for example sales@adomain.co.uk or info@adomain.co.uk will both be received by the catchall,
- Email can be received via Webmail or by an email client such as Outlook Express or Outlook.
- Transfer of domain means that domain renewal will come from new hosting company as well as hosting.
- Change of nameservers means that you can host the website elsewhere but the domain renewal charges are still handled by us.
